Welcome to ChewCrew! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers and visitors of ChewCrew. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store means you accept any changes.

2. Products ChewCrew sells general pet products for your furry family members. We do our best to accurately describe every product, including photos, descriptions, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that your pet will love every item — and that's okay, we get it!

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Orders are processed the same day and delivered via FedEx within 3–5 business days. A flat shipping rate of $3.99 applies to all U.S. orders. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Refunds We want you to be happy with your ChewCrew order! However, we have a strict returns policy to keep things fair for everyone.

We WILL accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item is defective

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to qualify.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • "My pet didn't like it" — we totally understand, but all sales are final once a pet has shown interest in a product
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items that have been used, chewed, opened, or damaged by your pet

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability ChewCrew is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Always supervise your pet during play and use products as intended.
